This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Maps for Adobe Creative Cloud. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Convert labels to annotations.
- Convert to another format (PDF, PNG).
- Use a different label placement (Example: offset straight).
