Labels in graticules with decimal degrees gives incorrect results when 'Abbreviate labels with fractional values' option is checked. It only gives values after decimal at some intervals.

ArcGIS Pro is the next generation of ArcGIS Desktop software and is our primary focus for future development efforts. We do not currently have plans to address this issue in ArcMap. In additional properties for grids and graticule properties, uncheck Abbreviate labels with fractional values and make sure to set the number of decimal places.Steps to Reproduce
