Bug
Labels do not appear in the print preview when the page size is substantially increased and the data frame is rotated while in Layout View.

- Do not rotate the data frame. The labels will display. - Make the dataframe window size equal to or smaller than the paper size while in Layout View. - In the Label toolbar, go to Options, check the box in the Data Frame Rotation frame. This will rotate the labels with the dataframe. - You can export the document as a PDF. When this is done, labels do appear and can be printed to the map from the PDF.Steps to Reproduce
