Labels do not appear for some points in Collector for ArcGIS when a labeling expression involves two domain fields with one having some values as Null.

This issue is not reproducible in Collector for ArcGIS 20.1 on iOS.Workaround
Make sure the domain fields are not nullable. There must be some values in the domains fields used for making the expression.
