Labels are not displayed on the feature layer in Portal for ArcGIS Map Viewer when the service is published with a stacked label expression and the language is not 'Arcade'.

In ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, stacking labels with feature layers is only supported using Arcade within the new Map Viewer.Workaround
Create a stacked label using the 'Arcade' language. However, in Portal for ArcGIS, the stacked label displays as a single line.
