Additional Information
Remove the label for the features and re-add a label to reflect the number of decimal places specified.Workaround
Update the shapefile or feature class in ArcGIS Desktop (ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap) to ensure the attribute field for DISTANCE only has two decimal places to reflect the desired result.
