Additional Information

The labelPlacement property of the LabelClass states that the property is required to have a value. Refer to the following link, https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-layers-support-LabelClass.html#labelPlacement.

Workaround

Define the property for LabelPlacement when constructing LabelClass.
