Bug
[L10N] Some localized strings in resTrackingAnalystCmds.dll are not loaded. The strings that have issue are stringID = 0, 32769, 32783, 32784, 32786, 32787, 32788, 32789, 32790, 32792 and 32793. The strings are specifically 'Display Advanced Rendering', 'Display Directional Vector', 'Display Event Attributes', 'Stick Active Event', 'Stick Active Track', 'Unstick Active Event', 'Unstick Active Track', 'Unstick All', 'Convert to Graphics' and 'Event Attributes'.
