Bug
[L10N] In the French (localized) version of ArcGIS Server, when choosing the option on the Caching tab within ArcCatalog to Load tiling scheme from "An existing map service" ("un service de carte existant"), the option acts as "load from a tiling scheme file," therefore no map services appear in the list. Cannot choose an existing cached map service when prompted to choose an .xml file.
