Workaround

1) Open ArcScene.sln in Notepad2) Remove following lines: Project("{8BC9CEB8-8B4A-11D0-8D11-00A0C91BC942}") = "ResTDQV", "ResTDQV\ResTDQV.vcproj", "{0520428D-5073-4A48-973D-B48D2C227594}" ProjectSection(ProjectDependencies) = postProject EndProjectSectionEndProject 3) Save ArcScene.sln. Build ArcScene.sln again.
