Workaround

The workflow works correctly using ArcMap 10.8.2.

  1. Add feature classes to ArcMap and set display fields for both layers as configured in ArcGIS Pro.
  2. Use the Layer To KML tool to create KML files.
  3. Add KML files to Google Earth, where correct display displays.
