Join Features in Portal for ArcGIS fails when trying to join two hosted features.

This issue has been addressed with 10.61. Tested the workflow using the uses data and the Join Features tool is working as expected.Workaround
- Create a new folder in the file explorer.
- In ArcMap (if the table is not in CSV format), export the table to an Excel file and save it as a CSV file.
- In ArcMap, export the feature classes to shapefiles, and save them in the created folder.
- Zip the folder and manually upload the content to Portal for ArcGIS.
- Once the service is created, add the layers to a web map. Separately add the CSV file to the web map as a table.
- Perform the Join Features.
