Workaround

A. Choosing "keep all records" works just fine.C. If the table is registered with database (i.e. OBJECTID included), it works fine with 'keep all records' as well as 'Keep only matching records'.B. With SDEBINARY featureclass and database table (i.e. without OBJECTID), it works just fine with 'keep all records' as well as 'Keep only matching records'.
