Map Viewer Classic (3.x JavaScript SDK) is now deprecated. Refer to the deprecation notice: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662. The issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer (4.x JavaScript SDK). It is recommended to use Map Viewer for the workflows to take advantage of the new and improved user experience.Workaround
Use Map Viewer (4.x JavaScript SDK).
