Issues with viewing the hosted feature layer of a survey created in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect and publishing to Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 in Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic.

Additional Information
The reason for the behavior is due to a change in the feature service settings. Unless 'Enable Inbox' or 'Allow inbox surveys to be edited' is enabled when a feature service is published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, the query operation is disabled. Since the query is disabled, the features are not displayed in Map Viewer Classic or the data table. Enabling updates on the feature service enables query and allows Map Viewer and the data table to function correctly.
