Workaround
Only exchanging the Umlaut-Characters in the ISRef against the code listed here (sorry German) - will make the ISRef work again.<a href="http://de.selfhtml.org/html/referenz/zeichen.htm" target="_blank">http://de.selfhtml.org/html/referenz/zeichen.htm</a> (under the "UNICODE in HTML" column)Not sure how to deal with this - might also be important to other countries .. Probably the XML Files need a codepage entry …
