Invalid projection file from Petrosys, which has the Central Meridian and Longitude of Origin values switched for the coordinate system 'New Zealand Map Grid', crashes ArcMap and ArcCatalog with a "Serious Application Error".

Unable to repro in v10. Data displays, altho the long/lat values are incorrect. Redefining with correct NZMG defn doesn't fix data.Steps to Reproduce
