Workaround

Modify the package location options to specify a user specified local folder to unpack the file in the ArcGISFileHandler.exe at <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\binorMap the UNC path to a Network Drive and change the location of the My Documents folder to that Mapped Network Drive.
