Intersect fails with the specified coordinate exceeds the valid coordinate range error and union fails with number of parts in shape is incorrect for its geometry type.

Export the Feature classes to Shapefile and import it back to SDE. After that union and intersect works fine with the imported feature classes.Works with lowered tolerance for the optional XY value connecting to a file based GDB to 0.05Steps to Reproduce
