Bug
Instead of all the selected layers of a web map service (WMS) on the portal item, only the last 10 layers are active when added to Map Viewer.

This is a limitation in Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS SDK) and will not be addressed. Map Viewer Classic is now deprecated (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662). This issue does not occur in the newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise when using Map Viewer (4.x SDK). We recommend users use Map Viewer for all their workflows.Workaround
Use the new Map Viewer in the newer versions of ArcGIS Enterprise.
