Installing Docker Desktop for ArcGIS Notebook Server does not work for Windows Server 2019 with the 4.25.0 release or higher in the URL link provided in the documentation and an error message is returned, "Incompatible Windows version. Docker Desktop requires Windows 10 or higher".
