Additional Information

Cannot reproduce on a machine running Task Assistant Manager 10.2.2 for ArcGIS Desktop.

Workaround

1. Launch ArcMap.2. Open the ArcToolbox window.3. Close ArcMap.ArcMap can be relaunched and the geoprocessing tool dialog box opens successfully when the tool is double-clicked.
