Inside an ArcGIS Pro Project with two database connections: second login will use credentials of first log in when credentials are not previously saved

The behavior described is as expected. The matching of connections without all of the properties provided is what allows the application to not prompt the user for credentials of every layer in a map. The connection properties are compared when opening the workspace for a match with already opened workspaces considering the instance information, the database type, and the version.Workaround
Save the credentials for at least one Database connection. Open first the connection without saved credentials, then open the database connection with saved credentials.
