Inserting an image via a URL with multiple special characters into a row of an ArcGIS StoryMaps story corrupts the story map and returns the error message, "Hmmm there seems to be an issue."

This issue is fixed.Workaround
Remove the special characters from the URL and add the new link to a story map for the link to function as expected. In the example URL, the link points to the same image with the extra '+' removed. The example URL is:
