Inserted text box entries modified by formatting tags appear incorrect when an ampersand (&) appears in the body of the text. They appear as "<BOL><FNT size = "20">Formatted Title</FNT></BOL>" instead of formatted text.

Replace the ampersands with “And.” This can be done in mass by copying and pasting the text into some word processing programs, and then applying a Find/Replace operation. Copy and Paste the text back into the Text box.Steps to Reproduce
