Description
** This issue is addressed with ArcGIS 9.1 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **After installing ArcGIS 9.1 Service Pack 1, inserted EMF pictures of diagrams, logos, or other graphics may display garbled, or round EMF pictures may display with white corners.

This is a known issue.
