Infographics reports return no values in ArcGIS Business Analyst Enterprise when a third-party load balancer is configured, and the application is opened with the host name of the load balancer in the URL.

Additional Information

Tested with an ArcGIS Business Analyst Enterprise deployment at version 11.3 in AWS with an Elastic Load Balancer and could not reproduce the issue; standard infographics are returning values in charts and tables.

Workaround

Create a custom report based on the Standard Infographic report.
