This is a documentation issue. The ID.registerToken's server property needs to have 'sharing' in the URL string. The documentation has been updated to reflect this. For ArcGIS Online or Portal, this is "https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest" or similar to "https://www.example.com/portal/sharing/rest".Steps to Reproduce
