This issue will not be addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0, as it is working as expected in verion 11.1 and later releases, and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0 has reached mature support. There also exists a workaround for correcting the dates input into the attribute table through the Edit widget instead.Workaround
Rather than edit the date for the feature in the attribute table, enter the date while editing with the Edit widget in Map Viewer.Steps to Reproduce
