Incorrect date and time values are supplied in the survey form from the Collector for ArcGIS app (Android) when time format is set to 6:00:00 PM in the web map pop-up attribute properties.

Workaround
Change the time format from the web map.
- Go to the layer and click More Options > Configure Pop-Up > Configure Attributes.
- Go to the Date field and select the desired time format such as 18.00 or 6.00pm.
