Incorrect Date and Time values are supplied in the survey form from the Collector Classic app (iOS) when the time format is set to 6:00:00 PM in the web map pop-up attribute properties.

Workaround

Change the time format from the web map.

  1. Open the layer pop-up configuration window.
  2. Click Configure Attributes.
  3. In the Date field, select time format such as 18:00 or 6:00 PM.
