Incorrect date and time values are generated in the survey form in ArcGIS Field Maps when the time format is set to 6:00:00 PM in the web map pop-up attribute properties.

Workaround

Change the time format in the web map.

  1. In the layer, and click More Options > Configure Pop-Up > Configure Attributes.
  2. In the Date field, and select the desired time format such as 18.00 or 6.00pm.
