Adding web maps into Business Analyst Web has greatly improved since you reported the problem and continues to improve with each new product release. In addition to web maps, you can now add feature service and map service layers to use in Business Analyst. If you continue to experience problems adding web maps, please provide the information specific to your web map and we will review the issue.
