This warning message is displayed because the data type for the 'Layer to Clip' parameter is set to 'Layer', which allows users to select Esri basemaps as input. Ideally, only feature classes and rasters should be valid inputs for this parameter. However, the data type for the Extract Data Task tool in ArcGIS Pro cannot currently be modified.Workaround
Deselect the basemaps from 'Choice list' or ignore the warning.
