Inconsistent behavior drawing 3D DWG and DXF files in 3D Analyst. DXF version of file draws, but DWG file copy does not.

Additional Information

This issue has been addressed in the next release (ArcScene 10.4.1). In both the .DWG and .DXF files the composite lines which define the borders of each region render in the viewer.
