Incomplete watershed outputs are returned when a big integer field type is calculated to a double field type and used as the pour point field in the Watershed tool.

Workaround
Follow all steps mentioned above, but for Run Watershed:
- Input Flow Direction raster
- Input PourPoints_project
- Input field: OID_Duplicate_Long
- Using the long field type produced many individual watersheds
