Include an explanation in the Web help for feature-linked annotation stating that ArcMap does not trigger an update to placement properties after edits are made to annotation attributes.

When edits are performed or new features are added that will generate new feature-linked annoation, delete this new anno, select the features and run Selection > Annotate Selected Features. This new annoation will subscribe to the label placement properties.Steps to Reproduce
