Additional Information

As of the ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 release, the tile cache data store is deprecated. The administrator of the hosting server can run the MigrateSceneService utility, which is installed with ArcGIS Server 11.4 or 11.5, to move hosted scene layer caches to an object store.
