Bug
In Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, the Related Table Charts widget fails to open with the error, "Create widget error: widgets/RelatedTableCharts/Widget", when drawingInfo is stored in the JSON of the web map for layers that the widget consumes.

Workaround
Remove the stored drawingInfo from the web map for layers that are used in the Related Table Charts widget, using an editor such as ArcGIS Online Assistant.Steps to Reproduce
