Bug
In Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, the Basemap Gallery widget displays no basemaps when the basemap group contains basemaps with different spatial references, even though the configuration window correctly displays only the basemaps with the same spatial reference as the web map loaded in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.
