Bug
In the Workflow pane of ArcGIS Pro, jobs assigned to a group are unable to run unless the jobAssignAny privilege is enabled in the group's role. The Start Step button is unavailable and the error message, "This command is currently unavailable. Unable to start a step for a job not assigned or cannot be reassigned to you." is returned.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1, 2.9.6, and 3.0.4.Workaround
- Run the job in the ArcGIS Workflow Manager web app.
- In ArcGIS Pro, in the Workflow pane, select the View Job Details button on the upper right corner of the job and assign the job.
