In the Symbol Selector Dialog, the decimal delimeter on a Dutch language OS should be a comma, but displays as a period. When a new value is entered for size or angle, the comma is accepted, but is dropped when the dialog is closed. A symbol size entered as 80,50 becomes a gigantic 8050, which is unusable in ArcMap.
