In the Survey123 for ArcGIS (Android and iOS) field app, the 'Save this survey in Draft' option is not working in the My Survey page, when the survey form is created with a repeat count value in the form using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS (Advance Template).

Workaround

Choose a location in the form. This enables the 'Save the draft' option.
