Additional Information

There are 2 configuration issues in the test app. 1. No field is not enabled for display in the pop-up for the polygonAnalysis layer. 2. In the Screening widget configuration, the polygonAnalysis layer is selected for analysis but another layer is selected in the 'Choose Selectable Layers' option. After fixing the issues, the tool is working as expected. The issue is not reproducible using other dataset.
