Bug
In the Screening widget of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, when the Select By Rectangle tool is used to select additional features after the first selection, the map zooms to the area but does not select the additional features.

Additional Information
Shift + click + drag is the ArcGIS Online function for zooming in to the drawn area. The Draw tool is unselected after the first rectangle is drawn. The widget is working as expected.Steps to Reproduce
