In the RoutePlanner web app of the Enterprise Route Management (ERM) solution, the first time a user logs in, and creates a plan, and selects the pop-out map, the map window continues to load.

This issue is no longer reproducible in Enterprise Route Management 4.3.Workaround
Closing and reopening the pop-out map allows the map to load correctly.
