In the RoutePlanner web app of the Enterprise Route Management (ERM) solution, when removing orders in a route while in the middle of updating a field, any future field updates to the route do not commit.

Additional Information

The fix for this issue is to be available in version 4.0.

Workaround

  • Close and reopen the web browser to fix the issue.
  • In order for the edits to be committed in the picklist fields, make a second click outside of the picklist after selecting the updated value from the picklist.
  • Complete the editing before removing the orders.
