In the Portal for ArcGIS Enterprise, the item details page of web maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, the ArcGIS Experience Builder apps, and the ArcGIS Survey123 forms do not load when the user has a custom role with specific privileges.

Additional Information

This is resolved in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, planned to release Q2 of 2025.

Workaround

Add a random privilege to the custom role to solve the issue.

Privileges added to the custom role for testing (one privilege for each test):

  • Share content with groups
  • View location tracks
  • Receive content
  • Geocoding
