In the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS view mode, Basemap Switcher does not show custom tile basemaps shared to the organization's Basemap Gallery group.

Additional Information
If the dashboard URL does not include the organization short name (for example, arcgis.com instead of shortURL.arcgis.com), the web map and dashboard do not offer the custom basemap options from the organization. This is expected because the organization short name URL navigates to the organization's custom basemaps. If there is no organization short name in the URL, the organization is not referenced, and the basemap options is determined by the user's physical location.Workaround
Ensure your users are using a URL that includes the short name Org URL (shortURL.maps.arcgis.com instead of www.arcgis.com).
