Workaround
To obtain different outputs from First and Blend, use the Resolve Overlap option available from the Mosaic Layer contextual tab. Perform the following workaround to resolve the issue:
- Open ArcGIS Pro 2.6.1.
- Connect to the folder containing the mosaic dataset.
- Add the mosaic dataset to a new map.
- Select the mosaic dataset in the Contents pane. Click the Data tab in the Mosaic Layer contextual tab.
- In Image Display Order, click the drop-down arrow beside Resolve Overlap, and select First or Blend.
- Right-click the mosaic dataset in the Contents pane. Click Data > Export Raster.
- Carry out the export process for both the First and Blend overlap resolutions.
